Shipping Policy

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Orders are proccesed and shipped within 1-2 days of purchase.

All US orders that are placed before 2 P.M. EST usually are shipped on the same day.

Shipping Times:

• Standard US shipping typically takes 2-4 business days
• Standard international shipping takes 5-9 business days.

Please note that shipping times are estimated and provided by the carrier—they can vary depending on your location, selected shipment method, and other factors. Shipping to US territories, like Guam and Puerto Rico, may take longer.

Shipping Costs:

• Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $59.95. For orders under $59.95, a $5.99 fee applies.
  
• Subscription shipping: Free for all orders.

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with all the details. You’ll also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way. From that point, your selected carrier (UPS, USPS, or DHL) will provide any further tracking updates.

If you run into shipping issues after receiving a shipping confirmation from us, please follow these steps:

• Check your email for the tracking information, as it will give you updates on your package’s progress.
• If tracking updates stall for a few days, we suggest contacting the carrier with your tracking number to verify the shipment’s status.
• If delivery was attempted and failed, there may be a mistake in the address or confusion about the drop-off point. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information for further assistance.
